ITEM TITLE: Set date of November 6, 2018, for a public hearing regarding
the Ad Valorem Tax (property tax) for collection in 2019

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
It is necessary and desirable to schedule a public hearing on November 6, 2018, on Revenue
Sources and Consideration of Legislation pertaining to Ad Valorem (Property) Tax to be levied
for collection in 2019.
*Note: Council business meetings are held in Council Chambers in City Hall; the business
meetings commence at 6:00 pm; however, the public hearings begin at 6:30 p.m. or soon
thereafter.
