For Meeting of: October 2, 2018 ITEM TITLE: Set November 6, 2018, as the public hearing date to consider the Yakima Planning Commission's recommendations on seven (7) Comprehensive Plan map amendments and concurrent Rezone applications SUBMITTED BY: Joan Davenport,AICP, Community Development Director Joseph Calhoun, Planning Manager(509) 575-6042 SUMMARY EXPLANATION: The City of Yakima Planning Commission has reviewed and made recommendation to the City Council on the seven (7) applications submitted as part of the 2018 Comprehensive Plan Amendment and Rezone process.A summary of each application is included in the attached docket. The complete record for each application will be provided in advance of the November 6, 2018 public hearing date.
