Bush said in his first Patriot Day proclamation, "... wiCCforever hold a cherishedplace in our hearts and in the history of our Nation." NOW, `I!fEREEORE, I, Kathy Coffey, Mayor of the City of (Yakima, and on behalf of the (Yakima City Council- do hereby proclaim, Tuesday, September 11, 2018 as «PA7Rzar'nAcr in the City of Yakima and encourage a/Cgovernment entities, residents, and businesses to join in this recognition and to participate in events pfannedfor that day and to observe a moment of silence and prayer at 5:46 a.m. PST in remembrance of aCCthose who perished on that fateful day.
