Youth Safety/High School Parking 6. Consent Agenda Items listed are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion without discussion. A Council member may request to remove an item from the Consent Agenda and, if approved, it will be placed on the regular agenda for discussion and consideration. A. Approval of the minutes from the August 21, 2018, City Council Business Meeting; August 28, 2018, City Council Study Session and August 30, 2018, Special Meeting C. Resolution authorizing a contract with Stiles, Inc. dba L & S Fencing, in the amount of $95,151 for the installation of security fencing and gates at the Wastewater Treatment Plant D. Resolution authorizing consent to a settlement entered into by Cities Insurance Association of Washington and Munich Reinsurance to resolve and settle the damage claim brought by the State of Washington Department of Natural Resources 7. Public Comment Community members are invited to address items that are not listed on the regular business meeting agenda. A guideline of three (3) minutes per speaker is in place in order to allow as much opportunity as possible for audience participation. A speaker's time may be extended at the discretion of the Mayor and/or the consensus or vote of the Council. Written communication and e-mail messages are strongly encouraged. PUBLIC HEARINGS 8. Public Hearing and Resolution declaring certain property originally part of Drainage Improvement District #13, later abandoned by Yakima County and ceded to the City of Yakima, to be surplus to the City needs DEPARTMENT ITEMS 9. Resolution authorizing an agreement with the Yakima Lions Club for a donation for Playground Equipment in the amount of $25,000 at Lions Park 10. Resolution establishing a Sister City Relationship with Hadong County, South Korea 11. 2nd Quarter 2018 Capital Improvement Projects Report 12. Budget Process Preview CITY MANAGER UPDATE 13.
