SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
At the July 17, 2018, City Council Business meeting, Council approved a motion to add to the
August 21, 2018, Council agenda a discussion to affirm the NCNB Committee's written mandate
to discuss, analyze, consider, review data, input and ideas on homeless resources and network.
