The largest change would occur in the Single -Family Residential Zoning District (R-1) which would lose approximately 100 acres. However, it should also be noted that approximately 81 acres of land will become Multi -Family Residential (R-3) which at higher densities could result in more dwelling units overall. run AS, Airport Support B-1, Professional Business B-2, Local Business H CBD, Central Business District u GC, General Commercial R HB, Historic Business LCC, Large Convenience Center * RD, Regional Development P SCC, Small Convenience Center M-1, Light Industrial M-2, Heavy Industrial R-1, Single Family Residential R-2, Two Family Residential I R-3, Multi -Family Residential SR, Suburban Residential Chart 1: Zoning Prior to CPA Approval N Chart 1 shows the percentage of acres for each zoning district with the highest percentage being the R-1 zoning district.
