SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
City Project 2416 provided for improvements to the Rudkin Rd Lift Station. The City contracted
with Farmers Electric I I LLC for the additional lighting protection and automatic transferring
capabilities to the Lift Station's existing electrical system.
Final inspection for this project was made and the recommendation is that the project be
accepted. A final payment of $6,770.20 (5% retainage) is due from the City to Farmers Electric
I I LLC for the completion of the necessary work on the City's Rudkin Rd Lift Station.
