Airport Layout Plan with Narrative Report Update
Mr. Peterson:
Per your request, we are pleased to offer our services in performing an independent fee estimate (IFE)
for the ALP with Narrative Report. We will review the scope of work, populate the provided blank
spreadsheet using Coffman Associates labor rates and expenses for the work tasks, and provide you with
the fee estimate no later than five working days following acceptance of this proposal. We will also be
available to respond to any questions which may arise following submittal of the IFE. The total fee for
our services will be a fixed sum of $3,500.
Upon acceptance of this proposal, we will proceed with the IFE.
