Independent Fee Estimate; West General Aviation Apron Construction Phase
Dear Mr. Peterson:
I look forward to preparing an independent fee estimate (IFE) for Yakima Air Terminal -McAllister Field
for the Construction Phase of your West General Aviation Apron Project.
I propose to do this work for a lump sum of $3,500. The lump sum of $3,500 will not be exceeded
without prior authorization. This fee assumes the preparation of a single independent fee estimate to be
electronically delivered to you no later than two weeks after receiving a signed contract. Where further
updates and modifications to the initial independent estimate need to be made as part of any subsequent
negotiation cycles, the coordination and preparation of further iterations will be paid for on a "time -plus -
expense" basis using a rate of $200 per hour.

me. I appreciate the opportunity to assist you on this project and look forward to working with you.

JUSTIFICATION: The East Ramp supports all general aviation (GA), business and Part 121 and
Part 135 operators. This project rehabilitates approximately 25,000 square yards of existing West
General Aviation apron to maintain the structural integrity of the pavement.
