ITEM TITLE: Consideration of voting delegates for the Association of
Washington Cities Annual Meeting

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
In conjunction with the AWC Annual Conference being held at the Yakima Convention Center
June 26-29, 2018, each city may select up to three voting delegates, either elected officials or
staff, for the Business Meeting scheduled for Thursday, June 28, 2018, from 4 — 5:45 p.m. The
City's delegates must attend the meeting in order to vote. However, they do not need to be
registered for the AWC Annual Conference if they are only attending the Business Meeting. We
respectfully ask Council to select three voting delegates for this meeting.
