Open Discussion for the Good of the Order 5. Council Reports A. Report and recommendation from the Council Partnership Committee regarding Olympia lobbyists proposals 6. Consent Agenda Items listed are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion without discussion. A Council member may request to remove an item from the Consent Agenda and, if approved, it will be placed on the regular agenda for discussion and consideration. A. Approve payment of disbursements for the period May 1 — 31, 2018 B. Resolution authorizing an agreement with BBOLD Advertising and Marketing Corporation for property located at the Yakima Air Terminal -McAllister Field C. Resolution authorizing an agreement with JUB Engineering, Inc. in the amount not to exceed $ XXX,XXX for Construction Services to rehabilitate the West General Aviation Apron. D. Resolution authorizing an Agreement with Century West Engineering Corporation in the amount not to exceed $444,444 for Professional Services to update the Airport Layout Plan and provide a Narrative Report for the Yakima Airport E. Resolution amending the Schedule of Permit Fees to reflect required changes in the state surcharge fee for residential and commercial building permits F. Ordinance amending the 2018 Budget for the City of Yakima; and making appropriations from Unappropriated Fund Balances within various Funds for expenditure during 2018 for various purposes including 2017 encumbrances (Second Reading) 7. Public Comment Community members are invited to address items that are not listed on the regular business meeting agenda. A guideline of three (3) minutes per speaker is in place in order to allow as much opportunity as possible for audience participation. A speaker's time may be extended at the discretion of the Mayor and/or the consensus or vote of the Council. Written communication and e-mail messages are strongly encouraged. DEPARTMENT ITEMS 8. Acceptance of the Yakima Police Department 2017 Annual Report 9. Resolution authorizing an Agreed Order with the Department of Ecology related to environmental clean-up of the Cascade Mill site land fill property 10. Resolution authorizing a purchase and sales agreement with the Yakima Housing Authority for 415 North 6th Avenue property in an amount not to exceed $$$ CITY MANAGER UPDATE 11. Ordinance adopting the preliminary design for the Yakima Central Plaza and authorizing initiation of all work and documentation necessary to construct the Yakima Central Plaza on City Parking Lot No. 2 12. Yakima Central Plaza staff report regarding potential bid alternates to be included in bid notice 13. Ordinance amending the City of Yakima Municipal Code Chapter 6.20 relating to dangerous and potentially dangerous dogs 14. Other Business 15.
