The meeting convened at 3:30 p.m.
Council present: Bill Lover and Holly Cousens
Council absent: Avina Gutierrez (alt.)
Staff present: Sonya Claar Tee, City Clerk
The committee interviewed Bruce Benson, Luis Lopez and Nick Hughes for the Planning
Commission. After the interviews, Cousens moved and Lover seconded to recommend Luis
Lopez to the Planning Commission. The motion carried by unanimous vote, Gutierrez
absent.
Because this position is filling an unexpired term that ends on 6130118, it was Committee
consensus to appoint this position to a full term expiring 6130122.
The meeting adjourned at 4:50 p.m.
