Meeting called to order at 11:05 a.m.
Present: Council Members Adkison, Cousens and Alternate: A. Gutierrez
Absent: Council Member Lover
Staff: City Clerk Claar Tee
City Clerk Claar Tee notified the Committee that Boca Mason withdrew from consideration for the
Community Review Board and Judy Hawk withdrew from consideration for the Bike/Ped Committee.
Council discussed interview questions and interviewed the following applicants:
• 11:10 a.m. EIissa Southward, BikefPed
• 11:20 a.m. Ken Jones, Bike/Ped
• 11:30 a.m. Carmela Solorzano, Parks & Rec 1 CRB
• 11:40 a.m. Mercy Buck, CRB
• 11:50 a.m. Neil McClure
It was Committee consensus to make recommendations after the interviews are completed on
Septemoer 28. 1
