consider the Hearing Examiner's recommendation regarding a
right-of-way petition to vacate a portion of Midvale Rd that extends

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
The Lodges in West Yakima LLC submitted an application to vacate a portion of public right of
way on December 11, 2017. The application was reviewed at an open record public hearing held
on February 22, 2018 and on March 8, 2018 the City of Yakima Hearing Examiner rendered a
recommendation for approval of this right of way vacation request.
