SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
Supercold Storage LLC submitted a rezone application on December 11, 2017 for a proposed
non -project rezone at 1415 River Road that would change the zoning designation for one parcel
from Large Convenience Center (LCC) to Light Industrial (M-1).
