PARTNERSHIP COMMITTEE MINUTES
February 20, 2018 @ 4 p.m.
City Manager's Conference Room
Meeting convened at 4:03 p.m.
Council present: Holly Cousens, Carmen Mendez and Brad Hill
Staff present: City Manager Cliff Moore and Sonya Claar Tee, City Clerk
1) Election of Chair — Hill moved and Cousens seconded to nominate Mendez as Chair. The
motion carried by unanimous vote.
2) Selection of meeting dates/times — Council members will review calendars and report back to
staff.
3) Policy on appointments to Boards & Committees — Claar Tee reviewed the policy.
4) Review applications — The Committee reviewed the applications and by consensus
recommends the following appointments:
