SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
Columbia Ridge Homes LLC has submitted the final plat of Rainier Court, which consists of a
residential subdivision of 12 single-family lots in the R-2 zoning district located at 8911
Summitview Avenue. The project received preliminary plat approval on December 8, 2015 by the
Yakima City Council.
