Project 2432 Wastewater Treatment Plant Floodplain

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
City Project 2432 provided for enhancement of the City's Wastewater Treatment Plant
Floodplain Project. The City contracted with Wildlands, Inc. for the stabilization of the soils,
increased infiltration, and improved habitat by planting perennial native grasses on the floodplain
and the creation of soil piles.
Final inspection for this project was made and the recommendation is that the project be
accepted. A final payment of $2,927.59 (5% retainage) is due from the City to Wildlands, Inc. for
the completion of this enhancement of the City's Wastewater Treatment Plant Floodplain Project.

Contract Cost: $63,353.00
Final Contract Payment (5% Retainage) Due: $2,927.59
The total contract cost is for construction only and does not include engineering and other costs.
City Council action is required to accept the project and approve the final construction costs.
