herein (hereinafter referred to as "Grantor"); and the City of Yakima, Washington, hereinafter
referred to as "City." The purpose of this Agreement is to permit City, its agents, employees,
and contractors, to enter upon Grantor's property for the following purpose:
Remove and properly dispose of three
woody obstructions in Wide Hollow Creek,
northern boundary.
Grantor's property has the following address: 1418 S. 40th Ave, Yakima WA
The property's parcel number is: 181327 - 34008
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the purposes set forth above, Grantor hereby grants
to City, and to City's agents, employees and contractors, the right to enter upon the Property for
those purposes mentioned herein, as well as any necessary purpose arising from the work
outlined above.
Grantor certifies under penalty of perjury that they are the owners of the property and
have the right to allow access onto the property.
Grantor understands and acknowledges the need for the above-mentioned services and
work and consents and agrees to allow the City, its agents, employees and contractors, entry
onto Grantor's land at no cost to City. Grantor shall indemnify and hold harmless City, its
elected or appointed officials, employees, officers or volunteers for any injuries, demands or
claims associated with the work done on Grantor's property, including claims from third parties,
other than claims that the City, its elected or appointed officials, employees, officers or
volunteers, was negligent in its conduct of the purposes described herein. City shall indemnify
and hold harmless Grantor for any injuries, demands or claims associated with the work done
on Grantor's property, including claims from third parties, arising out of this Limited Right of
Entry Agreement and the work done by City hereunder.
Grantor agrees that Grantor cannot terminate this Agreement without the consent of
City, and this Agreement will terminate upon completion of the work, and any necessary follow
up inspection, listed above. Upon termination, Grantor and City shall acknowledge that the
project is complete by initialing the bottom of this Agreement.

Upon termination of the purpose for which Grantee was granted permission to enter
property of Grantor, Grantor shall acknowledge and date that this Agreement is terminated and
