SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
The proposed non -project rezone at 4201 Summitview Avenue would change the zoning
designation from Single -Family Residential (R-1) to Small Convenience Center (SCC) for
purposes of incorporating the subject property into the adjacent Westpark commercial center.
