Pumping 8, Construction, Inc. -Project WW2444 Naches Sewer

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
A final payment of $5,779.53 is recommended for Columbia Pumping 8, Construction, Inc. for
the construction of approximately 2,374 linear feet of 8 -inch and 10 -inch cured in-place pipe for
rehabilitating the sanitary sewer main, 53 side sewer reinstatement's, pipe cleaning, Aden
inspection, and sewer bypass.
Final inspection for this project was made and the recommendation is that the project be
accepted.
Project Manager: Dana Kallevig
Contractor: Columbia Pumping 8, Construction, Inc.
Contract Award: 11 18 /2016
Contract Cost: $122,157.46
Retainage Due: $5,779.53
The total contract cost is for construction only and does not include engineering and other costs.
Final costs attached. City Council action is required to accept the project and approve the final
construction costs.
