Meeting

5:00 p.m. – 7:00p.m.
Agenda
1. Welcome and Introduction (5 min)
A. Moment of silence for the men and women who lost their lives and the tragic
terrorist attack that took place on this day 16 years ago.
B. Ice breakers. ( it was suggested at this time that the committee should get to
know each other just a bit more before meetings and spend 5 to 10 minutes
talking with each other and getting to know one another two better the
committee)
2. Approval of Minutes- (5 min)
3. Old Business ( 60 min)
A. Discussion and feedback from surveys from Viva La Musica event.
B. Roundtable discussion about survey Trends and anything regards to the survey may be
asked at this time.
C. Good of the order. ( any Committee Member can speak on behalf of good of the order
for old business at this time.)
4. New Business. (30 min.)
A. Quarterly report update.( at this time we will talk about three main things that we have
done in the past quarter just to give a brief verbal update to the city council before
presenting in October.)
B. Roundtable discussion about how a full-time committee should be ran and also what
some task or solutions that committee can do the first few months to a year. ( best
regards to some things that you personally think a committee like this should be ran it
was assigned as homework from our last meeting)
C. Outlining a final report. ( at this time the committee should get together and discuss
what they want in the final report to present to the city Council.)
D. Discussion on PowerPoint ideas what should be on a PowerPoint to present to the NCBC
committee and the city council.)
E. Good of the order( any Committee Member can speak on behalf of go to the order)
5. Public Participation (10-20 min)
At this time we like to welcome community members to attend our meeting to participate
in a Questions, Answers, Comments and Concerns
