ITEM TITLE: Project Completion and Contract Acceptance for Knobels
Electrical Inc. -Project 2407 Capitol Theatre Dimmer (Standard
Motion V -B -Accept the project and approve)

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
City Project 2407 proided for the installation of the Capitol Theatre Dimmer System
Modification. The project consisted of reision of the stage lighting system, raceway conduits,
fittings, boxes, hangers, connectors, couplings, and other accessories as necessary. The City
contracted with Knobel's Electric, Inc. to perform the specialized work on the project. Final
inspection for this project was made and the recommendation is that the project be accepted. A
final payment of $1,797.20 (5% retainage) is due from the City to Knobel's Electric, Inc. for the
completion of the work
