SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
City Project 2445 provided for the installation of storm drain pipe and a catch basin, as well as
other related work in relocating a section of old drainage improvement district (DI D) pipe. The
City contracted with Tri Valley Construction to perform the construction work on this project. A
final contract payment of $2,288.84 (5% retainage) is due from the City to Tri Valley
Construction for the performed work and to finalize the project.

Total Contract Cost: $49,530.40
The total contract cost is for construction only and does not include engineering and other costs.
