SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
Following the Council Study Session on August 10 regarding discussion on two forms of
municipal government, Council moved to hold a public hearing to ask for citizen input on our
current Council- Manager form of government and the possibility of changing to a Mayor - Council
form of government. Please see attached memorandum from City Attorney Jeff Cutter for
further information.
