Community Integration Exploratory Committee

5:30 p.m. – 7:00p.m.
Agenda
1. Welcome and Introduction (5 min)
A. Ice breakers. ( it was suggested at this time that the committee should get to
know each other just a bit more before meetings and spend 5 to 10 minutes
talking with each other and getting to know one another two better the
committee)
2. Approval of Minutes- (5 min)
3. Old Business ( 60 min)
A. The pilot survey approval from city manager.
B. Discussion on how we will get the pilot survey to the public if approved.
C. Discussion on who’s comfortable with presenting a pilot survey in the public
or with businesses.
D. Good of the order. ( at this time if Committee Member can’t speak on behalf
of the good of the order)
4. New Business. (30 min.)
A. Discussion on teams that will be working together to conduct a pilot survey if approved.
B. Discussion on what to do to replace the pilot survey if not approved.
C. Discussion on brainstorming ways that we can integrate the community in a different
way using local organizations.
D. Good of the order( at this time any Committee Member can speak on behalf of go to the
order)
5. Public Participation (10-20 min)
A. At this time we like to welcome community members to attend our meeting
to participate in a Questions, Answers, Comments and Concerns
