Agenda
1. Welcome and Introduction (5 min)
A. Ice breakers. ( it was suggested at this time that the committee should get to
know each other just a bit more before meetings and spend 5 to 10 minutes
talking with each other and getting to know one another two better the
committee)
2. Approval of Minutes- (5 min)
3. Old Business ( 60 min)
A. Brainstorm questions for a "survey" for individuals that have to do with your
objective assigned.
B. Brainstorm interview questions for local organizations, programs, City staff members
that have to do with your objective assigned below.
C. Research best practices for conducting surveys
D. Review Equity Study for better understanding of demographic breakdown and
logistics for conducting surveys.
4. New Business. (30 min.)
A. Discussion for meeting in September.
B. Research places that we can conduct a survey
C. Discussion and questions on how to conduct the survey in the public.
D. Discussion for next meeting topics on July 24th.
5. Public Participation (10-20 min)
A. At this time we like to welcome community members to attend our meeting
to participate in a Questions, Answers, Comments and Concerns
