Community Integration Exploratory Committee
Meeting

5:30 p.m. – 7:00p.m.
Agenda
1. Welcome and Introduction (5 min)
a. Ice breakers. ( it was suggested at this time that the committee should get to know each
other just a bit more before meetings and spend 5 to 10 minutes talking with each other
and getting to know one another two better the committee)
2. Approval of Minutes- (5 min)
3. Old Business ( 60 min)
A. Review of second quarterly report. ( at this time the committee would discuss
the outcome of the second quarterly report any improvements for our next
report)
B. Good of the order. ( at this time if any Committee Member that has anything
for good of the order under agenda action item “old business” please speak
freely at this time.)
4. New Business. (30 min)
A. Discussion of next steps for our third section of our research.
B. Discussion of what the city and other organizations have emplaced to improve
Community integration.
C. Discussion on how we want to present our outcomes for community
integration.
D. Assigning committee members different research task items for next meeting.
E. Good of the order. ( at this time if any Committee Member has anything for
good of the order under the agenda action item “new business” please speak
freely at this time.)
5. Public Participation (10-20 min)
A. At this time we like to welcome community members to attend our meeting
to participate in a Questions, Answers, Comments and Concerns
