With Maria DJ Rodriguez absent, we could not get her feedback on the report. Being as 1, Isaac Garcia,
was the presenter of the report to the Yakima City Council, I felt that the report was written well and I
felt that my presentation went well. 1, Isaac Garcia, did not bring copies of the report to the meeting,
although they were sent out to the committee members via email. Because 1, Isaac Garcia, failed to
bring copies of the report to the meeting we were unable to review them as a group. I will forward the
report out via email again for the member's convenience and then we can review at next meeting set
for June I".
3. Reports on First Three Priorities: Diana Lopez -Batista and Felipe Vargas were not ready to
present their report. Diana Lopez -Batista advised us that she would be sending it out soon via email.

discussion Deb Sterling made comments and suggestions about presenting our final thoughts on
whether or not the committee was at a point where it felt like it has reached an undeniable conclusion
that a permanent committee needs to be established. The committee discussed this in more detail after
her initial comments.
4. Joint Meeting with Community Integration Committee: Joan Davenport advised the committee
that the best way to get a joint meeting might be with only a few individuals. It was agreed that the
Chair and Vice Chair would meet with the Integration Committee's Chair and Vice Chair. Rosalinda
lbarra will contact Bradley Hill and Brandy Schwartz from the Integration Committee to set up the
combined meeting.
5. Other Business: The next meeting was set for June 1", 20 Il
