Powerhouse Road.

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
Powerhouse Villas is a Master Planned Development, submitted by DMF Investments, that will
subdivide approximately 12 acres into 43 multi -family residential lots in the R-3 zoning district.
The project received preliminary approval January 19, 2016 (Resolution R-2016-12), and a
Development Agreement between DMF Investments and the City of Yakima was executed on
May 4, 2017. Phase 1 will create 17 of the 43 lots, along with associated private street
improvements.
