Members Maureen Adkison, Holly Cousens, Dulce Gutierrez and Bill Lover
Absent: Council Member Avina Gutierrez (excused)
Staff: City Manager Moore and City Clerk Claar Tee
2. SunComm Public Safety Communications Overview
Public Safety Communications Manager Coughenour presented a PowerPoint and overview
of SunComm Public Safety Communications. Stacey Garcia, Public Safety
Communications Assistant Manager, reviewed the organization chart and the various shifts.
Chief Stewart reported on the EverBridge mass notification system, which was recently used
during a flooding incident. There were no audience comments.
Adjournment
MOTION: Mendez moved and D. Gutierrez seconded to adjourn to the next Council
Business meeting on May 2, 2017, at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers. The motion
carried by unanimous vote. The meeting adjourned at 10:56 a.m.
