Agenda
1. Welcome and Introduction (5 min)
a. Ice breakers. ( it was suggested at this time that the committee should get to know each
other just a bit more before meetings and spend 5 to 10 minutes talking with each other
and getting to know one another two better the committee)
2. Approval of Minutes- (5 min)
3. Old Business ( 20 min)
A. Timeline. ( at this time the committee will discuss any key factors or agenda
items for future committee meetings)
B. Good of the order. ( at this time if any Committee Member that has anything
for good of the order under agenda action item “old business” please speak
freely at this time.)
4. New Business. (45- 60 min)
A. Presentations of rough drafts. ( it was discussed that a last meeting that we
will send research to group leads, and the group leaves will draft up a
summary of the research that was sent to them of their topic of choice.)
B. Good of the order. ( at this time if any Committee Member has anything for
good of the order under the agenda action item “new business” please speak
freely at this time.)
5. Public Participation (10-20 min)
A. At this time we like to welcome community members to attend our meeting
to participate in a Questions, Answers, Comments and Concerns
