Agenda
1. Welcome and Introduction (10 min)
a. Ice breakers. ( it was suggested at this time that the committee should get to know each
other just a bit more before meetings and spend 5 to 10 minutes talking with each other
and getting to know one another two better the committee)
2. Approval of Minutes- (5 min)
3. Old Business ( 0 min)
4. New Business. (45- 60 min)
A. Timeline. ( at this time the committee will discuss on where the committee
will be at in the future regarding minutes, quarterly reports, data, examples to
support a topic, and final report on if this should be a part of it committee.)
B. Presentation of Flow Charts. ( It was discussed at our last meaning we
would each create a sample of a flow chart to help us better structure
our time line and research)
C. Discussion for an agenda for our next meeting May 31st 2017.
5. Public Participation (10-20 min)
A. At this time we like to welcome community members to attend our meeting
to participate in a Questions, Answers, Comments and Concerns
