Secondly, the division supports the public safety agencies with dispatch support through highly skilled, trained, and professional communication officers. OBJECTIVE The objective of the Public Safety Communications Division is to answer and assist residents with 9-1 -1 Emergency Calls and simultaneously dispatch and provide first responders with accurate and timely information.
