Community Integration Exploratory Committee
Meeting

Monday April 10th, 2017
5:30 p.m. – 7:00p.m.
Agenda
1. Welcome and Introduction (10 min)
• Ice breakers. ( it was suggested at this time that the committee should get to
know each other just a bit more before meetings and spend 5 to 10 minutes
talking with each other and getting to know one another two better the
committee)
2. Approval of Minutes- (5 min)
3. Old Business ( 30-45 min)
• Presentations. ( at this time each committee member will present data or
examples to support their topic that was chosen in March)
• Look back at why the gap Charts. ( at this time the committee members will look
back at charts that they found that there is a gap in the community and relate
there examples and or data they found from there topic of choice and relate that
to our community.)
• Constructive criticism of the quarter one report. ( at this time the committee will
discuss ways to improve or continue that they felt could better the quarterly
report in the future.)
4. New Business. (45- 60 min)
• Timeline. ( at this time the committee will discuss on where the committee will
be at in the future regarding minutes, quarterly reports, data, examples to
support a topic, and final report on if this should be a part of it committee.)
• Thoughts on continuing a future Committee. ( at this time the committee will
discuss if they feel that this committee improve community integration in the
future and if this should be a recommended committee for the council. Also if a
vote is necessary at the time then one should be taken.)
• Meeting twice a month. ( at this time the camera discuss if they would like to
meet twice a month instead of just once a month, and vote at this time.)
• Discussion for next meeting. ( at this time the committee shall discuss what new
business and old business should be on the Agenda for next meeting.)
