ITEM TITLE: Appointment to Tree City USA Board, Planning Commission and
Henry Beauchamp Jr. Community Center Advisory Board

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
The Council Nominating Committee interviewed five applicants and recommends appointment
of the following to the Tree City USA Board as they have extensive knowledge, education and
background with trees: Lance Forsee and James Hertel to the one year terms, Daniel Layton to a
two year term and recently appointed J heri Ketchum to a two year term. The Committee also
recommends appointment of Jacob Liddicoat to the Planning Commission and Chelsea Mack to
the Henry Beauchamp Jr. Community Center Advisory Committee as approved by the OIC
Board.
