SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
Each year, as part of the process of submitting to HUD the year end Consolidated Annual
Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER), the City holds two public input meetings to accept
comments on the year end report. This is the final public input meeting on the 2016 Consolidated
Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER).
The full Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the Year 2016 was
previously provided at the March 7, 2017 Council meeting. It is also available online at:

I cannot even find the words to say what a big thank you for the new roof I have as a result of my
contact with the people of this program.
Orville Otto came out and saw right away that the roof needed to be replaced. I expected him to offer a
percentage of the associated costs but he said the whole thing would be paid for. WOW. What a
surprise that was. I had thought I might have to sell the place,because I cannot afford such a huge sum
as a new roof costs.
S & R Construction crew was very nice and completed the work in a very timely manner; it actually
rained after they got the new membrane cover on.
