We, The City of Yakima. hereby declare to obey the following guideline in coherence with orders of Intercom
Systems with monitoring functionality:
1. The monitoring functionality may only be used as allowed by federal or state laws.
2. The installation of the software for enabling the monitoring functionality may only be carried out by the
employees of Commend International GmbH or their designated sub -contractors.
3. The activation of the monitoring functionality is only possible with technical equipment by the means of a
key (dongle), which is in disposal of Absco Solutions.
4. We commit ourselves to install a reliable organization that prevents any misuse of the monitoring
functionality and we oblige to keep the manufacturer Commend hlternational GmbH, Saalachstraf3e 51,
A-5020 Salzburg, Austria free of prosecution or indemnification in any case of misuse.
