Resolution authorizing the City Manager of the City of Yakima to appoint the Yakima Transit Manager or the Yakima Transit Manager's designee to the Washington State Transit Insurance Pool Board of Directors and the Public Works Director or the Public Works Director's designee as the alternate to the Board 4049 7.
