Companies, Inc. - Sodium Hypochlorite Storage (Standard Motion
V-B-Accept the project and approve)

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
A final payment of$2,201.75 is recommended for Corrosion Companies, Inc. for the relining and
modification of a fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) Sodium Hypochlorite Storage Tank(project 2433),
subject to the issuance of Certificate of Payment by the Department of Revenue and
authorizations from state agencies allowing final payment.
Final inspection for this project was made and the recommendation is that the project be
accepted. Council action is to accept the project and approve the final construction costs.

Contract Cost: $47,645.87
