SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
A final payment of $4,895.00 is recommended for Leslie & Campbell, Inc. for the removal of the
existing roofing, repairing existing sub roofing, and installing new roofing at City of Yakima's
Wastewater Collections building located at 204 West Pine Street.
Final inspection for this project was made and the recommendation is that the project be
accepted. This Council action is to accept the project and approve the final construction costs.
