ITEM TITLE: Project Completion and Contract Acceptance for Standard Paint&
Flooring, LLC - Project-Capitol Theater Carpeting (Standard
Motion V-B-Accept the project and approve)

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
A final payment of$3,062.05 is recommended for Standard Paint& Flooring, LLC for replacing
789 SY of the existing patterned carpet with a patterned Durkan 42 oz cut pile carpet with
attached cushion Duralon II. Carpeting was replaced in the Lower Level, including the Robertson
Room, both sides of the Lobby and the entire Mezzanine.
Final inspection for this project was made and the recommendation is that the project be
accepted. This Council action is to accept the project and approve the final construction costs.
