A RESOLUTION appointing a Clerk of the Council
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
That Deborah J. Moore, City Clerk of the City of Yakima, is hereby appointed
Clerk of the Council and shall act in the capacity of clerk and secretary thereof and
shall perform such duties as may be assigned from time to time and as provided by law
and the City Charter.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 5th day September , 2006.

Per his authority under RCW 35.18.100, the City Manager has determined to appoint
Deborah J. Moore as Yakima City Clerk. Attached is a resolution formalizing that
appointment effective September 1, 2006.
