CITY OF YAKIMA RESOLUTION R-2004- 86
A JOINT RESOLUTION OF YAKIMA COUNTY AND THE CITY OF YAKIMA approving amendment 8
to the by-laws of the Yakima Air Terminal Board
WHEREAS, pursuant. to Chapter 14.08 RCW, and by the Joint Air Terminal Operations
agreement dated June 30, 1982, the County of Yakima ("County") and the City of Yakima ("City")
jointly own and operate the Yakima Air Terminal -McAllister Field ("the Airport"); and,
WHEREAS, the Yakima Air Terminal -McAllister Field Board ("the Board") is the regulatory
and administrative agency of the City and County for the Airport, with authority under RCW
14.08.200(7) to adopt rules and regulations for the management, government, and use of Airport
properties; and,
WHEREAS, on May 27, 2004, the Board resolved that it would be in the best interest of the
Airport that Part III, Section 2 of the Yakima Air Terminal should be amended to read as follows:
Section 2, Time and Place of Regular Meetings: The regular meetings of the BOARD shall be
at 7:30AM at the Flightdeck Restaurant, 2400 W. Washington Avenue, Yakima, WA, 98903.
WHEREAS, this will be known as Amendment 8 to the Board's By-laws; now, therefore,
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY YAKIMA COUNTY AND THE CITY OF YAKIMA that Part
III, Section 2 of the Yakima Air Terminal is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 2, Time and Place of Regular Meetings: The regular meetings of the BOARD shall be
at 7:30AM at the Flightdeck Restaurant, 2400 W. Washington Avenue, Yakima, WA, 98903.

YAKIMA AIR TERMINAL, STATE OF WASHINGTON
WHEREAS, an amendment to the By-laws changing the regular meeting time of
the Yakima Air Terminal Board meeting to be in the best interest of the Yakima
Air Terminal
NOW THEREFORE, Part III, Section 2 of the Yakima Air Terminal By-laws shall
be amended to read as follows:
Section 2, Time and Place of Regular Meetings: The regular meetings of the
BOARD shall be at 7:30 o'clock A.M. at the Flightdeck Restaurant, 2400 W
Washington Avenue, Yakima, Washington 98903.

This Amendment to Section 5 changes the location of the office of the Board to 2400 W.
Washington Ave.
This Amendment was unanimously adopted by the Board at its May 27, 2004 meeting.

lraola to the Board for the term July 1, 2004 — June 30, 2008.
Fred fills City Position #1 which is selected by the Board and ratified by the City and
County.

Amendment No. 8 changes the meeting time of the Yakima Air Terminal Board to 7:30 a.m. at the
Flightdeck Restaurant, 2400 W. Washington Avenue. This amendment was unanimously
adopted by the Board at its May 27, 2004 meeting and by the Board of Yakima County
Commissioners at its June 15, 2004 meeting.
