ITEM TITLE: Set date of January 10, 2017, for a closed record public hearing to
consider the Yakima Planning Commission's recommendation
regarding an application submitted by Columbia Ridge Homes, LLC
for a 35-lot preliminary plat known as Englewood Place in the
vicinity of N 74th Ave & Englewood Ave

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
On November 16, 2016, the City of Yakima Planning Commission held an open record public
hearing to consider a 35-lot preliminary plat application known as Englewood Place located at
7408 Englewood Ave. submitted by the developer Columbia Ridge Homes, LLC. Following the
public hearing, the Planning Commission rendered its recommendation of approval for the
subject plat and forwarded the application and recommendation to the Yakima City Council for its
consideration.
Therefore, the Yakima City Council is requested to set January 10, 2017, as the date of a closed
record public hearing to consider the Yakima Planning Commission's recommendation regarding
the plat of Englewood Place.
