RESOLUTION NO. R-98- 66
approving the final plat of Castlevale Manors, a 15 lot subdivision
located in the vicinity of North 27th Avenue and Willow Street, and
authorizing the Mayor to sign the final plat.
WHEREAS, on July 1, 1997, the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 97-
43 approving the preliminary plat of Castlevale Manors,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has approved the required public
improvements and all other conditions of the preliminary plat approval have been
satisfied; and
WHEREAS, Yakima Valley OIC has submitted a proposed final plat
consisting of one sheet dated April 28, 1998, which conforms to the approved
preliminary plat; and
WHEREAS, the proposed Castlevale Manors subdivision comes before
Council for final plat approval, and each voting member declares that he/she has had
no contact with either the applicant or opponents of the proposed subdivision; and
WHEREAS, it is in best interest of City that the proposed Castlevale
Manors final plat be approved, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
The proposed final plat for Castlevale Manors, consisting of one sheet, dated
April 28, 1998, showing a fifteen lot subdivision in the vicinity of North 27th Avenue
and Willow Street, is approved and the mayor is authorized to sign the final plat. The
final plat for Castlevale Manors shall be filed for record by the applicant in the Yakima
County Auditor's Office immediately, or as soon thereafter as possible, and the
applicant shall be responsible for all filing fees.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 19th day of May 1998.
