We have been made aware that you have a Toro Snow Blower that is
;oing to auction in September 1997. This snow blower would fit
our Toro Mower. After this long hard winter we are aware that our
Cemetery badly needs a snow blower. Our heavy equipment damaged
our grounds when clearing the snow.
We would like to request that you would concider selling or possibly
donating the snow blower to Calvary Cemetery. This would be greatly
appreciated.
We have enjoyed a very good working relationship between Tahoma and
Calvary ,Cemetery and we look forward to many more years.
Thank -you for any concideration you can give us on this matter.
Sincerely,

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
Tahoma Cemetery has a 1973 model Toro snow blower which was replaced this year. It was
to be sold at the public auction this year; however, the Catholic Diocese which operates
Calvary Cemetery, a non-profit organization, has approached us with an offer to purchase this
unit for $100. Staff feels this is a fair price due to the age and condition of said blower. Funds
realized from the sale would be credited to the Cemetery Replacement Reserves.
