A RESOLUTION setting a date for hearing on the confirmation of the irrigation
maintenance assessment roll for the year 1997
WHEREAS, the Water/Irrigation Division of the City of Yakima has heretofore duly
prepared and filed with the Yakima City Clerk a proposed irrigation maintenance
assessment roll for the calendar year 1997, which proposed roll has been submitted by the
City Clerk to the City Council, all as required by law, and
WHEREAS, it is now therefore necessary that the City Council hold a public hearing
on the confirmation of such proposed roll, and that notice of such hearing be given, now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
YAKIMA:
That April 15, 1997 at the hour of 2:00 o'clock p.m. in the City Council meeting room
at Yakima City Hall, Yakima, Washington, is hereby set as the time and place for a public
hearing by the City Council on the confirmation of the proposed irrigation maintenance
assessment roll for the year of 1997, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to give notices
of said hearing as required by law.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 18th day of March, 1997
