and provides lodging, meals and support to families with children receiving treatment at local
hospitals and medical centers; and
UNIMEAS, Ronald 3icDona ifouse Charities strives to create a community where children
and their families embrace fife and healing with a sense of hope, enthusiasm, courage and joy;
and
ZLNIMEAS, the Ronad 3lcDonad .Mouse Charities of Washington participated in the
Ronad 3lcDonad .Mouse Charities Global Day of Change on October 15, 2016, which
commemorated the opening of the very first Ronad 3lcDonadYfouse on October 15, 1974;
and
UNIE ,EAS, the Global Day of Change is an opportunity to remind customers, donors,
volunteers, and communities that, by dropping spare change into a Donation �Bo,� at a local
31cDonafs restaurant, they are helping keep families close in theirgreatest time of need; and
UNIE EAS, spare change dropped in donation bo,�es helped raise $28 million last year in the
VnitedStates for Ronal 3lcDonad.7fouse Charities and the families they serve.
