YAKIMA COUNTY RESOLUTION

A JOINT RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA AND YAKIMA COUNTY
ratifying and approving Yakima International Airport - McAllister Field
Resolution #09-91-003A.
WHEREAS, pursuant to agreement authroized by state law, the Yakima International
Airport - McAllister Field is jointly owned and operated by the City of Yakima and
Yakima County; and
WHEREAS, on September 26, 1996, the Yakima International Airport Board has, by its
Resolution #09-91-003A, resolved to rescind its Resolution #09-91-003, which was
adopted on September 26, 1991; and
WHEREAS, recision of Resolution #09-91-003 has the effect of eliminating Yakima
International Airport rates, fees, and charges for users of U.S. Customs services; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of Yakima and Yakima County and
Yakima International Airport that Yakima International Airport rates, fees, and charges
for users of U.S. Customs services the Yakima International Airport be eliminated, now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA: The
Yakima International Airport Resolution #09-91-003A is hereby ratified and approved.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this /5 day of Octor, 1996.
